Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as the product has not been shipped or produced. We will refund your order once you cancel it. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
For customers who paid directly by credit/debit card, you will receive a full refund.
For customers who paid via PayPal, the 4.4% + 30¢ transaction fee charged by PayPal will be deducted from the refund amount as this fee is non-refundable.
Return Policy (if applicable)
Our return policy allows customers to initiate returns within 30 days of receiving the item. The return condition is that the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. If you received a defective item or wish to return an item with an order number, please contact us first.
Refund (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received the item. We will then let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within the specified number of days and refund the amount to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, please contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in your refund being posted. If the problem persists, please contact your bank. It usually takes some time for your refund to be posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us through the Contact Us page or email Support@LaylaEvans.shop.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged upon unboxing. If you need to exchange the same product, please contact us through the Contact Us page or email Support@LaylaEvans.shop and attach pictures after receiving the customer service email.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Quality Issues: If there is a quality issue with the product, Layla Evans will cover the return shipping costs (within $10). Please ask our customer service staff for an RMA request form before returning the product. Please fill out and print the form for reference.
2. Non-quality issues: For products with no quality issues, we will charge a single shipping fee (including returns).
- For orders with free shipping, you need to bear the shipping cost of returning the product to our warehouse (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- For paid orders, you need to prepay the shipping cost and attach the mailing receipt and the shipping label with the tracking number in the email. After review, we will initiate the shipping refund process. Please note that our warehouse does not support cash on delivery.
There is no restocking fee for returns. After returning, please provide your tracking number. The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive at you may vary depending on your location.
