Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing a Layla Evans product. Layla Evans products are designed and manufactured to provide a high level of defect-free performance.

Warranty service is provided to users after 30 days from the day after the user signs for the product. The warranty period for products and parts is as follows:

Limited Warranty Terms

If your Layla Evans product is found to have defects in material or workmanship after authorized inspection within the applicable period from the original purchase date, Layla Evans Customer Service will provide you with a suitable solution. Routine maintenance work and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following situations:

Failure caused by improper operation or maintenance.

Failure caused by abnormal strain, neglect, alteration, accidental damage or exposure to extreme temperature or relative humidity.

Products purchased from dealers not authorized by Layla Evans to sell Layla Evans products.

Products whose trademarks, names or identification numbers have been changed or removed.

The product no longer belongs to the original purchaser.

Normal wear and tear.

As it is, there is no guarantee.

This warranty does not cover expenses incurred due to lack of knowledge of the product's functionality when operated as designed. Layla Evans Customer Service is also an important source of information, please contact us for assistance with the proper operation of your Layla Evans product. To ensure that Layla Evans provides proper warranty service, purchasers of Layla Evans products must assume the following responsibilities:

During the warranty period, please retain your proof of purchase. Layla Evans will require your proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty service.

Immediately notify the authorized product retailer of any obvious defects. If your problem is not resolved within 30 days, please contact Layla Evans directly with your proof of purchase.
